The Role:
As a Housekeeping attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining all areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
You will perform a number of housekeeping tasks including, cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen; vacuuming carpets; replenishing guest room and bathroom supplies, cleaning public/back of house areas, and completing any other reasonable tasks as requested by the property manager and reception department.

Core Responsibilities:
Follow day to day work requirements and ensure that standards are met.
Check all equipment, furniture and furnishings are maintained, and kept in good working order.
Report all relevant faults to the property manager.
In conjunction with the property manager ensure that all periodic cleaning is carried out.

Duties will include, but not limited to, activities such as painting, assembling furniture or equipment, cleaning carpets and windows, support the linen distribution team.

The Role:
As a Maintenance Operative, you will perform a variety of tasks around all our buildings, to keep them in perfect standard with any issues or defects immediately solved.
Duties will include, but not limited, activities such as painting, decorating, minor carpentry, undertaking small plumbing repairs and minor electrical tasks, assembling furniture or equipment.
You will be provided with a van, tools, and uniform.
